The content, design, and branding on this website are owned by Quatnova Technologies LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

Information on this site about our services is provided for general guidance. Specific engagements are governed by separate written agreements between us and our clients.

Payments for our services are made through our payment provider (currently Payoneer). Card and bank details are handled only by the provider; this website never sees or stores them. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Every service engagement is defined in a written quote or work order that you approve before work begins. The approved scope, deliverables and price are what you pay for. Changes, additional work or ongoing support not included in the approved scope are agreed separately and may be charged separately.

Because our services are custom work performed for you, payments for work that has started or been delivered are generally not refundable. If we do not deliver what was agreed, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct the work or refund the part that was not delivered. The ebook is sold through Amazon and Gumroad, whose own refund policies apply to those purchases.

Nothing in these terms limits or waives any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

This website is provided “as is.” While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about its completeness or availability at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, Quatnova Technologies LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
