Every project is quoted individually. The price depends on the services you choose and the scope we agree together, so we do not publish fixed amounts; most engagements range from a few hundred to a few thousand US dollars. You receive one written quote before any work starts.

On small fixed jobs (a speed fix, a spreadsheet fix, a profile setup) we do the work first, show you the result, and you pay only if you are satisfied. For websites and larger jobs we ask for half up front and half on handover.

By card or bank transfer through our secure payment page at quantnova.site/pay, or through an Upwork or Fiverr contract if you prefer the platform to hold the money until you approve the work.

Only the ones you pay directly to others: hosting and a domain for a website (about $3 to $10 a month), ad spend to Google if you run ads, and Zapier or Make if an automation outgrows their free plan. We tell you every cost before you commit.

Spreadsheet fixes and speed fixes usually take 2 to 3 working days. A Google Business Profile setup takes about a week because Google has to verify it. A new website takes 1 to 2 weeks.

That is most of our work. A single formula fix or one changed page is a normal job here, not a nuisance.

No. For website work you create a separate editor login for us and delete it afterwards. For spreadsheets you share the file. For Google products you add us as a manager and remove us when done.

You do. Files, websites, domains, hosting and Google accounts stay in your name. There is nothing to transfer back and nothing that stops you taking the work elsewhere.

Not unless you ask. Speed fixes change only how the page loads. If a fix would alter the look, we ask first.

You get the files, a short walkthrough video, and one round of changes. For speed fixes we re-check the score after 30 days.

The first fix within 30 days of handover is free. After that, small fixes are quoted as small jobs, or covered by a monthly care plan.

Yes. The care plan starts with a review and a backup, then covers updates, backups, a monthly speed check and up to an hour of small changes a month.
